There is no unbiased sounding board when it comes to making tough decisions. I take a stewardship approach to leadership. My responsibility is to support the staff and build strong teams which equals growth for people and the company. At SPC Consulting, my team and I guide executives regarding strategy, process and culture. I’m passionate about working with people in the manufacturing industry which I believe is second to none. I have a solid understanding in the areas of finance, operations, engineering, sales, human resources, and legal. My strengths include being able to put things in perspective and building solid relationships. In the community, we participate as a business mentor at SCORE, helping local entrepreneurs with their small businesses. We love sharing what we’ve learned. Our managing partner is a board member of Goodwill Industries, a featured speaker and write a blog, too. Results matter and people matter.
