Brigadier General (Ret) John DiNapoli established Spencer Ryan LLC after more than 30 years in the military and 25 years in healthcare / pharmaceuticals. BG (Ret) DiNapoli spent seven years on active duty and twenty-seven in the NJ Army National Guard. John began his corporate career at Marion Laboratories; the company was named after Ewing Marion Kaufman. Liking the idea used by Mr. Kaufman, and not having a middle name, John borrowed his children’s middle names.
