Leadership Academy is a hands-on crash course in leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-life business experience - all while being paid. Leadership Academy combines real field experience, a variety of job assignments and company rotations, lessons in business, mentorship from company executives, and community with like-minded peers in a cohort. As part of the program, Associates will discover opportunities to turn their higher education into real-world experience with companies that are committed to bettering the lives of their people and communities.
