I'm excited to leverage my deep experience working with the C-Suite in government relations and global corporate affairs to develop and execute strategies that help clients solve problems and find opportunities. I am a seasoned advocate with senior executive experience in the energy, transportation, life sciences, and technology sectors. I have led the the government relations and corporate affairs functions for some of the best-known companies in the world, including Volkswagen, Bayer, Peabody Energy, and Intuit. My professional experience as a Policy Coordinator and Counsel on the House Energy and Commerce Committee coupled with my private sector career have given me a deep understanding of the process of making and implementing policy, legislative-regulatory-executive branch dynamics, and how to be a valued advocate for clients. In my international work, I have been involved in high-level international business diplomacy since I began my career, having worked closely in EU and German-US government and economic relations, including on some of the largest transatlantic business deals in history. I believe that sophisticated strategic thinking, not just short-term tactical engagement, is a critical differentiator to leverage in a unified advocacy approach.
