Since 1956 B&P, Inc. has served Marlboro and Chesterfield Counties by provided Real Estate Services at the Corporate office in Bennettsville. In 2009 a Coastal Office opened in Murrells Inlet serving Georgetown and Horry Counties. The firm currently manages over 175 rental units and continues to provide Real Estate and Property Management Services in addition to offering Loss Mitigation and Consulting.
