At People of All Colors Succeed (POAC), we are helping students redefine what success looks like and what career paths are best for them. By integrating local businesses and partners within our educational curriculum, we give students access to local expertise and knowledge and offer businesses with a deep talent pool of qualified team members from day one. Our mission is to build diverse communities grounded in understanding, acceptance and inclusion, and a future free from biases. People of All Colors Succeed is a community partner and pillar for change in Kansas City. We work with schools and businesses to empower individuals to help identify inequities that exist and provide opportunities for our youth in our Real World Learning program. Our goal for the next generation is to learn acceptance of others and encourage courageous conversations for change. Through understanding, open dialogue and inclusion, we can build healthier communities and a brighter future.
