We leverage both in-house and Franklin Covey leadership training systems, to strengthen leadership teams for their future growth. Behind The Scenes Management Inc. was established in 1985 and incorporated in February of 2002. The two principal partners have a combined management experience of over 45 years in the QSR, full service and hotel/hospitality industries, along with several advertising and marketing organizations. With our broad based experience and passion for excellence, we are able to support both small and large organizational needs through effective partnerships.
