Appalachian State University's Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance develops leaders for business, government and educational communities. One of six departments in App State's Walker College of Business, the faculty work to help students and alumni use business for to help solve complex social problems. Students may choose between two majors for their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree: Finance & Banking or Risk Management & Insurance.
