Prejeance Capital Partners ("PCP") aims to be an active investor in, and manager of Energy Transition assets, including Renewable Energy assets, in order to finance projects that have a positive environmental and social impact while being profitable for its investors. PCP focuses on investments requiring equity tickets up to €8M, mainly at the greenfield stage, so as to bridge a gap existing on the market today. Indeed, due to size and operational constraints, current players are primarily investing in medium/large Energy Transition projects at the operational stage. However, in France, circa 2 projects out of 3 are "small". PCP’s core identity relies in being a flexible structure that offers multiple and tailored financing solutions to its targets at various stages of development over a wide range of Energy Transition sectors – mainly in France but also elsewhere in Europe. PCP conducts primary investment and asset management activities, by helping developers secure equity and quasi equity and offering them standardized processes.
