Since 1984, Good Shepherd Center has assisted the most vulnerable of the homeless population— women and children. Our mission is to help homeless women rebuild their lives so they and their children will experience a brighter future. Through housing, employment and other supportive services, we offer women hope and the opportunity to achieve independence. In our 28 years of operation, we have impacted the lives of over 25,000 homeless women and children in the Los Angeles area. Each night, Good Shepherd Center houses up to 93 women and 40 children in our four residences.
