the food trap is a UAE based food and beverage company founded by Shamsa Al Habtoor in March 2017. The aim of the food trap is to develop, own and operate delicious and unique food concepts in and around the UAE. The ethos of the food trap is to be fun, friendly and most importantly flavorful, which will not only be reflected in the branding and space designs, but also in our menus. Each concept created will vary from the other in terms of cuisine or culinary techniques but will complement one another in terms of inventive flavors with a twist on the classics that we all know and love. Our idea of providing a wide variety of offerings is to pay homage to the ever-growing communities that exist in the UAE.
