Our mission is to create a life-long commitment to good health and fitness habits for KiDS at risk of obesity-related health problems. Our program educates, empowers, and inspires K-5 KiDS to become healthy and stay fit. Since 1990 more than 500,000 KiDS have participated in Rod Dixon's running programs and we have worked with more than 1,300 schools, running programs, events, and marathons.
