The Health and Happiness Foundation was born from a quest to offer better support to those living with long-term health conditions and their families and friends. We think that happiness, as a fundamental goal of human progress and a set of increasingly important methodologies, should be a central part of how the healthcare system and healthcare policy makers support people living with long-term conditions. Our work focuses on gathering data, generating knowledge and understanding the importance of happiness for health.
