The Institute is an international think tank that conducts research, develops publications and resources, and presents programs and events to promote the understanding of conflict processes and intervention from the transformative framework. Practicing conflict intervention from the transformative framework, means being rooted in the premises of a relational worldview and therefore striving to support people in conflict to regain their strength and compassion so they can change the quality of their interactions.
