All behaviour is explainable - not the same thing as justifiable - and when we can understand what’s driving behaviour, we can use that knowledge for a force of good. Through coaching, training, facilitating retreats [pre-covid], and speaking, I share tools, resources, options, and personal experiences that help others stay true to their cause, values, and exercise the courage to serve others in a more impactful way.
