G L Summitt Engineering, Inc. is a Civil Engineering firm based in Central Florida, which specializes in land development projects for both residential & commercial projects. Unlike larger firms where projects are divided up between internal teams, our clients deal with the same contact from start to finish on every project. There is no separation of marketing from design and production. Our strengths focus on our ability to change with the market. Most engineering firms still use traditional construction theory behind their business model and haven’t evolved it to keep up with current technology. We use current technology and streamlined production methods to prepare the same product with reduced man hours involved, this saves our clients’ time and most importantly money.
