As a Chartered Practice of the Royal Institute of British Architects we offer full architectural design services from initial feasibility study and design inception to handing over the keys of a project on completion of the build process. This means taking, developing and agreeing the design brief with clients, producing preliminary sketch designs, and then developing these for a full scheme design submission to local planning authorities. We then continue with the detail design process, and will design everything required to complete the project, working with our quantity surveyors, structural engineers and contractors, and then during the building process, with interior designers to present clients with a turnkey project. Alternatively, we will tailor client requirements with selected partial services so that clients can involve their own specialists within the design process.
