As a certified Health and Wellness coach I support women to stay healthy during times of hormonal change, hormonal imbalance and as their bodies change with age. With a passion for health and wellness, I have combined the coaching skills I mastered in a thirty year career in Human Resources with a Certificate of Health Coaching from IIN - Institute of Integrated Nutrition and an Advanced Certificate in Hormone Health which I will complete in March. Taking a holistic and bio-individual approach I work with my clients to discover what their unique needs are so together we can develop a tailored Wellness Plan. The cornerstone of any Wellness Plan will always be nutrition and how you are nourishing your body through food. Just as important however are all the other factors in our lives that affect our wellbeing including relationships, physical activity, careers, spiritual practice, home environment and finances. My role as a coach is to support and guide my clients to achieve their wellness goals and transform their health through tailored coaching programs. I also work in the corporate sector to provide tailored small group and individual coaching programs designed specifically to meet the health and wellness needs of women in the workplace.
