J&A Theophilou Consulting Engineers provide consulting services in the fields of civil, structural, geotechnical, water, and temporary works engineering. The consultancy was established in 1968 by John Theophilou in Cyprus. Over the years it has accumulated a vast project experience, with the total number of projects undertaken exceeding 600. The projects include public buildings, hotels, schools, conserved buildings, residential estate, large scale water and wastewater treatment plants, sewerage systems, and desalination plants. In 2017 the consultancy expanded to the UK.
