Cat Perkins is an American made, luxury, interchangeable shoe company. With two patents under our belt, we've created the perfect shoes for an active lifestyle, but we've found an especially enthusiastic following among travelers. Catherine “Cat” Levene and Deb “Perkins” met while living & traveling in Spain. They realized they had too many expensive, single-occasion shoes that were painful to wear and bulky to pack. So, they designed fashionable shoes with a technical component (& hidden comfort elements) in an industry that is predominantly low-tech and artisanal. The company launched officially in 2016. The hand-crafted brand includes a collection of high-quality styles of shoes for any dressy casual occasion. Cat Perkins launched direct-to-consumer through pop-ups in mid-2016, and through the company's ecommerce site, catperkins.com in 2017. The companies first pop-up store opened in Westport, CT in 2017. Since its inception, Cat Perkins has struggled to maintain enough inventory to meet demand, but all that will be changing soon.
