Vox Novus gets contemporary music heard: in live performances, television and radio broadcasts, compact discs, and over the Internet. Vox Novus develops, produces, and promotes opportunities for composers. These opportunities come in the form of the projects housed by Vox Novus such as 60x60, Composer's Voice, and Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame, expanding the audience for new music beyond the established music community. Vox Novus projects aim to build a new repertoire by creating "friendly" listening environments that integrate a growing body of contemporary composers. Programming is repeated to foster familiarity with this repertoire.
