The Volta Regional Coordinating Council exists to facilitate the overall development of the Volta Region by efficiently Harmonizing, Coordinating, Monitoring, and Evaluating all Plans and Programmes of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), District Assemblies (DAs), and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the region within the context of Excellence, Transparency and Accountable governance.
