Lemonis bakery started in 1978 when Lemonis and Despoina Lemoni opened their first bakery in Paliouri, Kassandra. Since the 2000s, Giannis and Michalis Lemonis, the second owners’ generation, working persistently on what they love - their place of origin and Greek gastronomy - expand family business to a modern and dynamically developing company. It is Lemonis bakery company's mission to promote, develop and exploit Greek and local natural and human resources, to satisfy nutritional and gustatory customers’ needs and to enhance the positive Greek hospitality experience to visitors of Chalkidiki. Lemonis bakery offers a variety of handmade products from selected natural Greek and local ingredients. Freshly made in the three company’s production areas and following regulations for good hygiene practice in accordance with the Food Safety Management System HACCP. The wide range of products: bread, pastries, pies & doughs, cold sandwiches, cakes & brioches, biscuits & cookies, energy & healthy bars, ice cream, sweets and traditional syrup sweets, coffee, natural juice & hot and cold beverages, selected local products, FMCGs, covers the daily needs for bread, breakfast and snacks, desserts and sweets for any occasion. With more than 170 employees, experienced and focused on quality products production and customers’ service, Lemonis bakery operates seven modern, functional and easily accessible stores, 365 days - few of them 24 hours a day during summer - and serves residents, hundreds of thousands visitors and HORECA clients in Kassandra peninsula, in the areas: Paliouri, Pefkochori, Chanioti, Polychrono, Kallithea, Kassandreia, Nea Potidaia.
