Originally formed in 2003 by Tim and Heather Williams begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting, Perfect Condition has been providing specialist coaching to a small number of Cambridge based athletes, and coaching services to clubs and organisations. Now coaching full time, Tim provides customised coaching, mentoring & consultancy to individuals, groups and organisations.
