St. Croix Real Estate, Inc. was established in 1987 to acquire and develop commercial real estate in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Since its inception, St. Croix Real Estate, Inc. has acquired and developed or redeveloped office buildings, retail centers and industrial properties; and in recent years, has partnered with others to construct multi-family rental housing in Minneapolis and Richfield.
