Jeremiah’s Journey is a local, self-funded charity that offers support and information to children, young people and their families, who have experienced or are anticipating the death of someone special. Many of the children that we meet have been bereaved of a parent, sibling, grandparent or someone else who has been very significant in their lives. We also help children who have someone significant who is terminally ill. We aim to support children through their grief in a way that feels most appropriate to them. This might be through; group sessions, meeting with them individually or giving advice and guidance to their parents/carers.
