Volunteer organization dedicated to serving our struggling neighbors across Long Island by providing free minor home repairs. Our work may include repairing doors and windows, flooring, electrical and plumbing repairs, smoke detectors, grab bars and handrails, to name a few. We assist those with a physical disability by making modifications to their homes and constructing wheelchair ramps. Our focus is on the safety of the homeowners we serve and ensuring their safe access into and within the home. Our clients include seniors, families and those with a disability. We have a special program for our veterans, Hero Home Improvement Program, and we do our best to "repair it forward" for our veterans as a way of thanking them for their service.
