Established in 1990, the Counseling Center of Nashua is the largest multidisciplinary outpatient group behavioral health practice in New Hampshire, comprised of over 70 providers serving ten geographic regions in the state. Practice locations include Nashua, Londonderry, Exeter, Hudson, Merrimack, Manchester, Raymond, Center Harbor, Portsmouth and Peterborough, New Hampshire. The Counseling Center has long standing, strong working relationships with managed care organizations, employee assistance programs, physician referral sources, and other mental health providers. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality care in a practice environment that values and fosters collegial consultation, peer supervision, professional growth and development, and collaborative sharing of individual and family cases. Our sophisticated information technology systems and remote access to electronic medical records facilitates ease of clinical practice and minimal administrative burden. Flexible scheduling and appointment management allows clinicians to tailor work-life balance to meet both their own personal and family needs, as well as client scheduling needs. Our referral volume of over 650 new referrals per month allows clinicians to maintain fully booked schedules, as well as the ability to selectively develop either sub-specialty or generalist practice caseloads, depending on provider preference, and to develop group therapy opportunities, if desired. And our 40+ administrative staff manage nearly all administrative functions associated with clinical practice, allowing clinicians to do what they do best: clinical practice.
