A MANDATE TO REDUCE E-WASTE AND SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY Power up the Planet is an emerging environmental organization with a mandate to reduce electronic waste that would otherwise be disposed of in landfills. We collect and refurbish unwanted electronics, and unlike many other recycling organizations, Power up the Planet donates the repaired electronics to charities and non-profits in our community. Remaining unusable materials are properly recycled through partner agencies.
