Tigris Development Agency is one of the 26 Regional Development Agencies of Turkey. Our region is located in the north side of Tigris River in ancient Mesopotamia where world's earliest civilizations were born. DIKA carries out regional development activities in the Mardin, Batman, Siirt and Şırnak. Our mission is taking a pro-active role as a reference institution in transforming its financial resources into effective and appropriate fields with the technical and expertise capacity to transform the region into a "developed and prosperous region" by providing coordination of the development activities of all stakeholders.
