For stable isotope instruments, Isomass has partnered with the University of Ottawa to offer scheduled Operator Training Courses. These courses will familiarize users with instrument operations, regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic practices. For the ELEMENT 2/XR/GD, TRITON, NEPTUNE, Noble Gas or DFS mass spectrometers, operator training courses are regularly scheduled and available at the factory in Germany . On-site training is available for all instruments. In Calgary we warehouse a large selection of spares, parts and consumables with overnight shipping. We also carry parts and consumables from Elemental Microanalysis and Scientific Instrument Services for elemental analysers and mass spectrometers.
