Our tenured coaches and facilitators draw on decades of corporate training experience, assessment tools, and outdoor education methods that help connect the Spark4 experience back to the real world. We call it “play with a purpose”. We go further than providing a few coined activities for you to choose from. Each program incorporates tried and true approaches that have been honed by industry professionals only, each time the experiential learning project is reimagined and enhanced to reflect the needs and circumstances of each and every client.
