ABOUT US Liberty Civil Construction, LLC was formed by industry veterans Michael Ehrhardt and Heath Haney in 2016. Our company quickly grew to over 300 employees to help meet the ever-increasing demands of a vibrant and growing Central Texas area. The majority of our jobs are for major home builders who are constructing housing developments. We also work with smaller independent builders and developers and are involved with commercial projects such as apartments, roadways, and bridges.
