Our story begins a long time ago in Switzerland, where Emile Otto Eichenberger was born. Emile was delighted to see her mother prepare tasty recipes, especially cakes. It was from there that his passion for confectionery arose. Later Emile won the certificate of “Confiseur-pâtissier” at Monsieur Paul Stettler's famous confectionery in Genéve. Our pastry chef arrives in Brazil bringing in his luggage his experience in the best confectionery in the world, and the dream of producing here the delicious recipes of his homeland. He worked for decades creating products for large and renowned companies in the food industry, when in 1996, his dream finally came true. Then the Casa Suíça was born, in the city of Itapevi, region of the greater São Paulo. An artisanal confectionery, producing products of unparalleled quality and flavor, on an industrial scale. Emile passed away in 1998, but her recipes still bring her “Excellence in Confectionery” to the table of millions of Brazilians, through products that are always delicious and with incomparable quality.
