Negotiate with property owner’s lenders to arrange a sale at a value that is less than what is owed on the mortgaged loan financial note (short sale). Analyze a property’s potential to become worthy of investment. Determine the best purchase offer, and true acquisition price of the property. Conduct due diligence on behalf of my client to ensure the accuracy of the investigative data.
