The ICC has developed and organized academic materials using “Olympian assets” to foster career success based on fair play, ethical principles, tolerance, resource management, and respect. Founded in 1988, the ICC was originally organized to emphasize exhibitions and public engagements in major international cities, beginning with Osaka, Atlanta, Athens, Tampa, New York, Lausanne, and San Antonio. Participating Olympians included world-class athletes such as Jean-Blaise Evequoz (Swiss Fencing), Lori Norwood (USA Pentathlon), and Florence “Flo-Jo” Griffith-Joyner (USA Athletics). The ICC currently offers professionally focused onsite and online certifications, or a combination of both. Onsite workshops are customized and presented around the world, including at major sporting events. Certificate programs and workshops are designed by professional educators and sport practitioners.
