SunTrust Toastmasters is a Select Distinguished Club and member of Toastmasters International with 20 members. Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. Our membership is 313,000 strong. Members improve their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 14,650 clubs in 126 countries that make up our global network of meeting locations. SunTrust Toastmasters chartered on March 01, 1991 and had celebrated 20 years in the Spring 2011. In early Spring of 2016, the club will serve 25 years of public speaking. The current club President is Dishelesh Jones, ACS and ALB. SunTrust's Mission is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence ans personal growth.
