In 2014, we obtained the first nationally, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) accredited Diploma of Executive Coaching. Also, in 2014, Pharos Institute joined ICG Global as new Leadership and Executive Coaching Practice (LED). In 2019, ICG moved into verticals, and we become “ICG Leadership”.
