The creative mind behind the studio is Hajime Miyajima, an Italian born architect, heir of a Japanese architect’s tradition. Miyajima’s work can be compared to that of an artisan that sews a custom-made suit – time and precision to weave the weft, with elegance and assertiveness to obtain the results. The studio’s creations range from stunning residences to worldwide store franchises. We have works published in several languages and hold awards for several special projects. Studio HJM works with collaborators from different backgrounds and nationalities whom all share the same enthusiasm and commitment.
