Established in 1989 by Paulo Amaral Blanco, the office set up its activity in Lisbon and expanded in 1990 with the opening of a new office in Bombarral. In 2006, as a result of a professional agreement with Cristina Portela Duarte, the law firm Amaral Blanco Portela Duarte & Associates, was formally established and registered in the Portuguese Bar. Today our team has 10 lawyers, 2 of whom are trainees; we also depend on the cooperation of 2 paralegals and 1 external counsel. Besides credit recovery, the Law Firm’s activity its mainly committed to the areas of litigation, contract law, civil law, family and probate law, labour law, corporate and commercial law in general, economic criminal law, real estate, insolvencies and dispute resolution.
