Instead of going with the agency model in conjunction with a large insurance provider, our founders decided to forge into the unknown - choosing the independent model and taking the leap into entrepreneurship for the betterment of our clients. The decision to go independent allowed our founders to further represent the business, rather than any one carrier, and advocate for its employees.
