AGH Media Center (pol. Centrum Mediów AGH) is a student organization that functions at the AGH University of Science and Technology. This structure includes four pillars which are: 1. BIS (Biuletyn Informacji Studentów AGH) – Information Bulletin for AGH Students that supplies a wide overview of news about the student life and various events in Krakow. 2. KSAF (Krakowska Studencka Agencja Fotograficzna) – Student Photo Agency of Krakow that is responsible for photographic reports from various local and global events 3. RADIO17 – Student radio station broadcasting online that also deals with creating its own bank of lectors and handles a lot of musical events 4. MINE (Telewizja i Studio Produkcyjne) – Television and Production Studio whose aim is to provide video relations from various events and create promotional materials AGH Media Center is powered by almost 150 members who work on creating fresh media coverage every single day. We are authors of a big amount of various projects that includes: 1. The newsletter provided via Messenger – BIS is the first student editorial office in Poland that supplies cyclic articles through the Messenger chatbot. 2. Photo reports from a glider flight, pioneering surgeries or relations from Monaco Solar Boat Challenge – all of them plus every single university event are documented by KSAF 3. DomOFFka – RADIO17 organizes concerts of various artists of the modern music stage held in flats of listeners 4. Kino Plenerowe AGH (AGH Outdoor Cinema) – In the summer season MINE TV arranges free film shows held in open space Together we take care of an excellent image of our university using both traditional and modern media tools. It is worth mentioning that AGH Media Center has been awarded as the best „Student Media” of 2017 in the contest „ProJuvenes”.
