www.caprese.orgThe Capacity Building Resource Exchange (CAPRESE) supports individuals and organisations in developing the human and organisational capacities to implement change and implement strategic initiatives that have a major impact through: * leadership development, training, executive coaching * programme design, workshop facilitation * experiential learning methodologies anchored in sustainability * tools to support strategy development, planning, implementation * team-building, team-coaching In this domain, CAPRESE operates on a not-for-profit basis: * putting people together from across our networks, hoping such contact creates mutual benefits * sharing experiential learning tools * co-creating and collaborating * developing associations and networks * offering internships and research opportunities Current and recent clients include the International Institute of Management Development (IMD), UN Environment, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), MSC Cruises, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In the past we have worked for United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI), Business School Lausanne (BSL), Honeywell, Airbus Industrie. We collaborate with the Laboratory for Systemic Modelling (LAMS) at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), led by Alain Wegmann, in teaching the SEAM methodology (http://lams.epfl.ch/seam/). CAPRESE is a member of the the Swiss Knowledge Management Forum (SKMF), the Knowledge for Development Partnership (K4DP) and has applied for associate membership of RECPnet, The Global Network for Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production.
