Horton Counseling provides counseling services to adult individuals with symptoms of trauma and anxiety in the Phoenix area. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and Compsych Employee Assistance Program are accepted. Isaac Horton, LPC has been practicing in the field of counseling since 2009. Horton Counseling offers EMDR, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and spiritual counseling approaches in an action-oriented, strength-based format. Services are also provided in Spanish.
