Livewell Southwest is an independent social enterprise (Community Interest Company) providing integrated health and social care services for people in Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon as well as some specialist services for those living in Devon and Cornwall. With over 2,800 employees delivering over 80 services across health and social care, we are one of the largest social enterprises in the UK. As a social enterprise, quality is at the heart of everything we do, providing excellent care at home and in the community to keep people safe and well.
