SAGAS protects lower income seniors and adults with disabilities who can’t navigate through their complex health care challenges alone. Our team of highly-skilled nurses, social workers, care managers, attorneys and adult guardians work together to protect the patient’s rights and ensure high quality care. We work collaboratively with healthcare providers, the courts and long-term care resources to achieve superior outcomes for each patient. Through the generous support of our sponsors and donors, patient service fees are assessed on a sliding scale.
