We are a regional Patient Navigation, Advocacy & Consulting practice, based in Southwest Florida, serving clients from Bradenton to Marco Island. We provide direct, customized assistance to clients (patients and those that love them) in navigating our healthcare system. We offer knowledge, resources and strategies for clients experiencing changes in their health. Today's complex healthcare system is increasingly fragmented. A recent Harvard Business Review analysis found that 52% of patients in the US are not able to navigate the system's complexity without help. Confusing medical bills and insurance coverage are just of few of the challenges faced by even the most informed patients. A patient advocate plays a crucial role in easing the burden of the patient's experience. As private, professional patient advocates, we are skilled at navigating the system, bringing peace of mind to struggling clients who simply want the best and safest care for themselves or their loved ones. We serve in an information and facilitation role in health care. We empower clients by providing background knowledge of the healthcare system making them aware of their options and to feel confident in voicing their care goals and choices.
