Flatland Homes LTD charges you less to sell your home than many agents while providing you with exceptional full service and expertise. Many agents will charge a commission to a seller of 5% to 6% of the purchase price of the home. The commission is then split between listing agent and buyer’s agent. As the seller’s agent, we charge you 1% as our listing commission and 2.5% to a buyer's agent, if there is a buyer's agent. The most you will pay is 3.5% total commissions to sell your home.
