Founded in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Co. is a microbrewery based in Hector, NY, in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. GIB boasts an eclectic variety of brews - all created on-site - primarily made in the traditional American style with our own unique twist thrown in. We have a passion for craft beer that we want to share with everyone, so we produce a wide range of styles and flavors that can satisfy any drinker. GIB also offers a menu of fresh pub-style chews that always pair well with what's on tap, as well as live music every weekend and special events throughout the year.
