Inspired by the #MeToo movement, Recognise RED was founded in 2018 as an anti-sexual harassment campaign helping people to identify and tackle sexual harassment and assault situations. The campaign runs both at the University of Exeter and as an online platform to a broader community. Recognise RED aims to bring cultural change towards the issues of harassment and assault and make it a common discussion by focusing on raising awareness, activism, empowerment.
